At the end of March I had the huge honour of photographing Becky and Dave's wedding. The day started off with me joining Becky at St Michael's Manor for her bridal prep. The couple had their wedding at St Paul's in Chipperfield. The ceremony was beautiful and even though I was restricted by the vicar as to where and when I could shoot, I was still able to get plenty of photographs. Becky and Dave get the award for most unusual/fun way for a couple to depart from their wedding...they had hired a tractor to take them back to the hotel, a nod to Dave's family's farming background.
Once back at the hotel the party got into full swing and the speeches during the wedding breakfast were both heartfelt and funny.
Thank you so much Becky and Dave for having me there to capture your wedding day.
Here is a lovely email that I received from Dave after they had seen the preview slideshow I sent them:
Just wanted to say a massive thanks for all of your work on the big day. We've returned from a little mini moon away and have shown your slide show to everyone we could. It looks fantastic and we're really looking forward to see what else you have. Thank you very much for doing such a sterling job on a very special day (and for getting some snaps of the tractor – quite proud of that one).
